Black Truffle Chicken Orzo

Recipe: • 3 boneless skinless Chicken Thighs • 1 cup orzo • 1 jar black truffle Alfredo

• broccoli • leeks • white mushrooms

• garlic

• rosemary sprigs • shallot • white wine

• 1 container chicken stock

• 1 cup olive oil • chili hot sauce • spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper All ingredients from Trader Joes🖤 • Finely chop brocolli, leeks, and mushrooms. Once chopped, spice, then Sauté all veggies in olive oil. Once veggies have cooked, splash chicken stock and reduce.

• Move veggies to a plate or bowl.

• Chop shallot and garlic, marinate chicken in olive oil and spices.

• Roll one rosemary sprig in chicken thigh, optional to close with a toothpick.

• Lightly cook garlic and shallot in olive oil and add in chicken thighs.

• Grill thighs until garlic and shallot blackens on the outside. Once chicken is blackened on outside, remove rosemary sprigs and cook other side of chicken until blackened. Place blackened garlic and shallot into a separate bowl. Move to a side plate to cool.

• In the same pan, add olive oil.

• Pour orzo into pan and cook for 1 minute.

• With a spatula, move the orzo and cook 1 more minute.

• Add a splash of white wine and reduce.

• Add in half of remaining chicken stock and let boil.

• In another pan, add cooked veggies with Alfredo and 1/4 cup chicken stock.

• Add blackened garlic and shallot, hot sauce, and two rosemary sprigs to the sauce, stir and Allow sauce to simmer.

• Add remaining chicken stock to orzo and cook until reduced.

•After 15 minutes, Remove rosemary sprigs and stir the sauce.

• Chop chicken into fine pieces and add to the sauce.

• Mix in orzo

• You are done!!

• Optional to sprinkle pecorino romano or parmigiana cheese on top. • Sorry some of the quantities are not listed, I didn't weigh the veggies. I made a lot so use your best judgment Lmao . Clearly my recipes aren’t professional but you can’t go wrong with these ingredients! Enjoy 😉
